Bacolod City is on now on a festive mood as every main street in
downtown area is laced with booths selling various wares and merchandise
for the MassKara Festival.
Colorful flaglets of different sponsors are also strewn all over,
while the MassKara Village, as well as those at the BAYS Center
hold nightly entertainment programs.
Remember: "Today remind yourself of the radiance and illumination
that can be spread by just one small flame."*
