West Negros College-A clipped WNC-B, 4-2, to take the title of the 1st Lito Consing Beach Football Cup at the Arce Beach Resort in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental yesterday.

Relying on their balanced offensive attack, the WNC-A booters were spearheaded by striker Aaron Amantillo as he booted in goals in the 6th and 12th minutes.

Playing coach Norman Fegidero, a former member of the Philippine Team, broke the ice for West Negros-A in the 3rd minute, while Robert Caņedo struck in the 8th minute. It was a sweet victory because we were the first team to bring home the championship, Fegidero told the DAILY STAR, adding that it has always been his squad's goal to win the initial staging of a tournament.
