PVF coaching
course slated
BY CHRISTIAN IRL TAN

The Philippine Volleyball Federation will hold the National Volleyball Coaching Course from May 15-20 in San Jose, Antique.

The coaching course will be staged in line with the PVF's Coaches Development Program, PVF president Roger Banzuela said.

Banzuela, who is also the president of the Beach Volleyball Association of the Philippines, said that theoretical lessons and practical skills development will be covered during the course, which is open to all volleyball coaches.

The registration fee, which includes the international volleyball federation's rulebook, handouts and lunch, is pegged at P2,000.

Banzuela said that the coaches who will take the course will shoulder their breakfast and dinner, fare and accommodation expenses during the six-day event.

Interested coaches in the Visayas who wish to join the course may contact Banzuela at the University of St. La Salle Varsity Sports Office at telephone number 434-6929. *CIT
