Jayme
apologizes Baseball coach Narciso Jayme yesterday apologized for fielding an ineligible player during the regional Palaro in Roxas City and said he is ready to face the consequences of his action that had tainted the successful campaign of Negros in the Games. And even if the Department of Education has yet to decide on the sanctions to be meted on him, Jayme appealed for a milder penalty, saying that teaching is his only source of income. "I sincerely apologize for what I did and for the shame
and scandal I have caused my players and the province," he said in his
explanation letter to the Department Education yesterday. |
