Beleaguered baseball coach Narciso Jayme is expected to submit his written explanation today for allegedly fielding an ineligible player in the Western Visayas Regional Athletics Association Meet in Roxas City, Capiz last week.

Superintendent Eva Belicena of the Negros Occidental Schools Division has issued a memorandum Thursday to secondary boys' baseball mentor Jayme directing him to explain in writing why he fielded a player who was not included in the initial line-up of his team.

Jayme appeared before the Neg. Occ. Department of Education Friday to explain but was told by Belicena to put it in writing and submit it to her office today.
