All department heads of the Oriental Negros government and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Gov. George Arnaiz are in Bacolod City to undergo a team-building workshop.

The seminar is part of the efforts of the provincial government and the SP to strengthen further the components of the executive-legislative agenda they agreed on two years ago, to enhance cooperation between the two branches.

Arnaiz initiated the out-of-town workshop to strengthen interrelationship among the participants and improve the delivery of basic services, the Capitol said. The activity is a continuation of a similar workshop also held in Bacolod two years ago. The follow-up workshop seeks to build on the success of the programs of the provincial government.*RG
