Occidental Golf and Country Club in Barangay Bata, Bacolod City.
The 51-year-old Dominguez, who had a handicap of 28 during

overwhelmed to snare the championship considering that he only started
playing the sport two years ago.

The tournament, which was organized by the Rotary Club of
Bacolod-Marapara, was the second leg of the Rotary District Governor's

third leg will be held in Zamboanga on April 27.
The Rotarian winners of the golf competitions were Kokoy Locsin
III of RCB-Marapara in class A, RCB-South's Rene Silos in class
