Hinigaran twins need help

The mother of 1-year-and-5-month old twins from Brgy. 2, Hinigaran town, in Negros Occidental who were diagnosed to have severe pneumonia at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City is seeking the help of DAILY STAR readers for the medication of the pair.

Jelly Tabuada, 29, a jobless mother of twins Marjorie and Marjelly, said her twins need medicines for their continued cough and fever but the meager income of her husband, 34-year-old Michael, as a fisherman is not enough to sustain the babies' medication.

She said she brought the twins first to the Hinigaran Emergency Clinic but later transferred them to CLMMRH where they stayed from Feb. 22 to 28. The babies were confined again last week and discharged Friday.

Any help for the twins may be coursed through the DAILY STAR office.*GCT
