'Ceneco should be
business-friendly'
BY CARLA GOMEZ

Central Negros Electric Cooperative must be business-friendly and provide better services in the countryside, newly elected CENECO director Roberto Montelibano said yesterday.

Montelibano, who would not say if he is running for the CENECO presidency in May, said there is a demand for the cooperative to do more for the CENECO consumers in Bacolod, Murcia, Bago Talisay and Silay that have to be serviced equally.

There are complaints that CENECO services in the countryside is not so good, he said.

There are also complaints in the business community that it takes months for them to get CEBECO connections, Montelibano said.

Services in this area should be improved after all investors create job opportunities, he said.*CPG
