A 10-year-old resident from Hda. Oliva 1, Brgy. Blumentritt,
Murcia town, Negros Occidental now confined at Corazon Locsin Montelibano
Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City, and diagnosed to have
typhoid fever, is seeking the help of DAILY STAR readers for his
continued medication.
Thelma Patinio, mother of 10-year-old Jay-ar,

for the patient who has been confined in the hospital since Feb.

The 46-year-old Thelma and husband, Eduardo,

Hospital records show that Jay-ar, the youngest,
was brought to the CLMMRH for suffering intermittent fever with
abdominal pain, and for having loose bowel movement.
His mother said they can not afford to buy the daily
medicines for Jay-ar that cost about P600 because she and her husband
earn only a meager income, and their five other children are unemployed.
