Bacolod City standout Nikki Therese Lim Servando overcame Mindanao's top player, Stephalen Estandarte, 11-9, 11-3, Friday to win the girls' 12-Under singles crown of the 2nd Dinagyang Badminton Tournament at the Iloilo Sports Complex Gymnasium in Iloilo City.

+++ Servando, a fifth grader at Trinity Christian School, overwhelmed her rival with stellar net play and neat placing to add another crown to her collection.

The Dinagyang event drew a total of more than 300 entries from Bacolod, Cebu, Antique, Roxas, Manila, Cagayan and Iloilo. *CPT
