Senior Supt. Pedro Merced, Bacolod City police director, yesterday, said abduction with rape charges were filed Friday before the City Prosecutor's Office against the five suspected members of bonnet gang who reportedly abducted and molested a female college student in front of the Robinsons Place Bacolod on January 3.

Merced said the Women's and Children's Concern Desk filed the charges against the suspects identified only as John Doe, Matthew Doe, Peter Doe and two other does.

He said the real names of the suspects will be placed in the complaint on their arrests. A facial sketch of the driver of the L300 van allegedly used by the Bonnet Gang was released by the police on January 13, he added.*DMG
