CLO: Revoke applications
of Vendors' Plaza tenants

The City Legal Office has recommended the revocation of the applications of all the stall owners in the Vendors' Plaza at the Reclamation Area in Bacolod City.

City Administrator Lorendo Dilag said the Market Committee, which he chairs, has adopted the recommendation of City Legal Officer Allan Zamora that all the stalls at the Vendors' Plaza be declared vacant.

The stalls or blocks have been abandoned by the awardees for several years, he said.

A new Jollibee store at Lacson Street in Bacolod City opens today following its blessing yesterday by Msgr. Victorino Rivas.

The Lacson branch, owned by Jollibee Foods Corp., joins the eight franchise outlets in the city operated by local investors.

Manuel Yap II, Jollibee Regional Business Unit operations manager, said the Lacson Branch will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight.
