The Provincial Environment Management Office-Center for Environmental Initiatives will hold the launching of "Text Mo Si Gov - 700319," the SMS Care Service provided by Smart Communications, Inc., 8:30 a.m. today.

This is to enhance the Center's communication system particularly in receiving and addressing environmental complaints and inquiries, Gov. Joseph Maraņon said yesterday.

After the launching the Center will hold its 9th Environmental Forum that will be participated in by its 81 member organizations comprising local and national government agencies, non-government organizations, people's organizations, the academe, media and private business organizations and offices.*
