As a prelude to the 6th Tan Kek Pin Basketball Memorial Cup, the Fil-Sino Athletic Club will stage a tournament starting Jan. 9 with five teams seeing action at the Po Hang Gym of Bacolod Tay Tung High School.

Aside from the five Fil-Sino squads, nine guest teams have confirmed their participation in the Tan Kek Pin tournament that starts Jan. 22 also at the Po Hang Gym.

Among the teams vying for the title are former champion Rolling Hills, Rentas Knights, Unilever Nepan, Province of Negros Occidental, PROBAC, RG Group-Purefoods, Tangub Basketball Association, Magnolia Nutrioil and LXG.
