PSDO
official pushes The Negros Occidental Provincial Sports and Development Office will propose the inclusion of two more disciplines in this year's provincial mass-based sports program. Manuel De Oro, officer-in-charge of the PSDO, said he will propose to Gov. Joseph Maraņon that table tennis and taekwondo events will be included in the grassroots project when the Provincial Government officials meet on Jan. 14 at the Mambukal Resort in Murica. Individual events are being prioritized rather than team
disciplines because they are easier to organize and most municipalities
and cities already have athletes for individual sports, he added. |
