Another
LBC holdup
Another one? At the same company?
Two women reported to Police Precinct 1 that an
unidentified person held them up at gunpoint at the LBC Express
Inc. at Gatuslao Street in Bacolod City at about 1:40 a.m. Saturday.
Ironically, the hold-up occurred a day after the
Bacolod police released the facial sketch of the person who reportedly
held up another LBC Express Inc. at Lacson Street on Feb. 11.
LBC Express Inc. employees Maelyn Dalumpines Terry,
32, of Gardenville, Brgy. Tangub, and Lovella Cruz Diaz, 29, of
St. Francis Village, Brgy. Taculing, both in Bacolod City, told
the police that an unidentified person posing as a customer, approached
them at the counter, pointed a .38 caliber revolver at them and
declared a hold-up, a police report said.
The hold-upper described as about 5 feet and 6
inches tall, and wearing a faded maong jacket and baseball cap,
took their collection of P16,770 in cash, a police report said.
Meanwhile, Indian national Lakwinder Singh, 24,
of Emerald Street, City Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Taculing also
reported to Police Precinct 6 that an unidentified person held him
up at gunpoint at Libertad Street in the city at about 11 a.m. yesterday,
a police report said.
Lakwinder Singh said the hold-upper took his collection
of P4,000 and used his Aura motorcycle with Plate Number FK-6219
to escape.
Meanwhile, a 19-year-old student reported to Police
Precinct 4 that unidentified person poked a firearm of unidentified
caliber at her and declared a hold-up at Galo-Gasataya streets in
Brgy. 23 at about 5:45 a.m. Saturday.
The girl, whose name is being withheld by the
DAILY STAR, said she noticed somebody following her while she was
walking in the area, a police report said.
The culprit told her to stop and poked a firearm
at her, she said, she added that the hold-upper also slapped her
face and touched some parts of her body before taking her Nokia
6210 cellphone and P500 in cash, the police report also said.*DMG
