Board of Nursing to
open vault today
BY CARLA GOMEZ

Members of the Board of Nursing will meet today and open their vault so they can announce who among the 599 West Negros College nursing graduates who took 35 units and below a semester have passed the December board examinations.

This was relayed by Professional Regulation Commission chairperson Leonor Rosero to Bacolod Rep. Monico Puentevella yesterday.

Puentevella said he was told it would mean that the fate of only about five of the 599 graduates will be decided today.

This will probably mean that the rest of WNC graduates will have to go back to school for one more semester, which, I was told, WNC agreed to provide for free, he said.

Rosero told Puentevella that students should have only taken one Related Learning Experience a semester and not two to three a semester, which is humanly impossible.

Puentevella stressed that he was not siding with anybody, and was just relaying what Rosero told him.*CPG
