Sugar sold barely above P1,200 per Lkg on bidding yesterday.

Sugar held by the Department of Labor and Employment for the sugar farmers of the Binalbagan-Isabela Sugar Company sold at P1,203.62 for "B" or domestic supply Enrique Montilla, president of the Binalbagan-Isabela Planters Association, said.

"A" or US marker sugar sold at P1,155.15 per Lkg, he added.

Last week bid prices for the DOLE sugar were P1,171.09 per Lkg for "A" and P1,202,09 for "B".*
