A woman reported to Police Precinct 1 that an unidentified person
held her up at gunpoint at the LBC Express Inc. office at Lacson
Street in Bacolod City at about 1 p.m. Saturday, police reports
said.
Charlotte Dela Cruz Abancio, 28, single, of Katiklan, Victorias
City, Negros Occidental told the police that an unidentified person
posing as a customer approached her at her office, and poked a .38
caliber revolver at her and declared a hold-up and threatened to
shoot her if she would not hand to him a box which contained her
collection of P10,000 in different denominations, police reports
said.
Abancio said the hold-upper also took her cellphones.
She said the culprit stands about 5 feet and 9 inches tall,
is between 30 to 35 years old, has a brown complexion, and was wearing
a red baseball cap, blue jacket and shorts pants at the time of
the incident.
SPO1 Mario Ecostan, of Police Precinct 1, yesterday said Abancio
failed to identify the hold-upper from among the pictures in Rogue's
Gallery of Police Precinct 1, but they are still investigating the
case.
Meanwhile, a 16-year-old trisikad driver also reported to Police
Precinct 2 that his three passengers held him up at Purok Mangga,
Brgy. 3 in Bacolod City at about 11:30 p.m. Friday, police reports
said.
Joan Vargas Luviano told the police one of the suspects poked
his .38 caliber revolver at him and ordered him to stop and get
off his trisikad, police reports said.
Luviano said one of three fled on the trisikad towards Jalandon
Street, Brgy. 16, while he proceeded to Police Precinct 2 to report
