Zubiri wedding 1
When Spiceboy Congressman Juan Miguel Zubiri took
Audrey Kay Tan as his wife, it was a wedding to remember. Held in
the lofty climes of Tagaytay, the nuptials were held in the Lady
of Lourdes Parish Church with H.E. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo
and Ambassador Eduardo Cojuangco heading the principal sponsors
composed of Manuel Pangilinan and Gina de Venecia, Iñigo
Zobel and Katherine Gordon, Manolo Lopez and Maripola Aquino, John
Aboitiz and Asuncion Zubiri, Roland Hortaleza and Nelia Cortez,
Jose Ma. Estrada and Lorna Kapunan, Carlos Perez Rubio and Dr. Vermen
Rowell.
Considering that the groom's father was the former Bukidnon representative
and present Governor Joe Zubiri, the politicos were kept to a minimum.
Of course, best-dressed mother of the handsome groom, Vicky Zubiri
was garbed in a stunning ruched taffeta Lacroix original straight
from Paris. The gorgeous bride's wedding gown was flown in from
Madrid while the rest of the entourage was done by top young designer
Rajo Laurel.

SALAD DAYS
Calling all organic green lovers
ECJ Farms bring once again
to Bacolod Arugula leaves which are perfect for salads with a simple
olive oil, rock salt and ground pepper dressing, yummy pizza toppings-yes!
On a thin crust, spread tomato paste and bake. When done, sprinkle
arugula leaves, top with thin slivers of parmesan cheese, a dash
of freshly-ground pepper and, voila!
