Rafaellos opens its new "healthy" café and catering booking office at corner Hilado and Iglesia streets today in Bacolod City, a press release from the restaurant said.

Owner Raffie Catalan said the café will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Sundays and will offer less expensive and healthy food.

The café, apart from offering cakes, will feature organic and vegan ingredients plus healthy vegan lunch menu, the press release said.

We want to offer healthy food options to health buffs who do not have time to dabble in vegan and organic food cooking, Catalan said.

Catalan also said his wife, Honey Grace, will hold Health Food Cooking and Health Wise gatherings, Cake Baking and Decorating classes in the summer.
