Three candidates are vying for a seat of the Board of Director of the Negros Oriental Electric Cooperative 2 in the election set Feb. 11, in Dumaguete City.

Running for the post are former Oriental Negros police director Constantino Sayson, former Superintendent of Schools Metodio Gapasin, and Fe Marie Dicen-Tagle.

Gapasin was a former member of the Board.

Tagle, a certified public accountant, is a daughter of outgoing NORECO 2 board chairman Esperatu Dicen.*JG
