Volleyball
workshop scheduled

The Philippine Volleyball Federation will hold a workshop Dec. 27-28 in Baguio City to discuss the country's hosting of the Asian Youth Boys Volleyball Championships in May next year.

Roger Banzuela, chairman of the PVF Coaching Commission, said that the federation's officials will hold the meeting to decide on the city that will be given the task to host the international tournament.

Manila is being eyed as the tentative host, but the PVF is looking at the option of giving the responsibility to another city in order to cut the expenses on accommodation, Banzuela said.
