Dartfest winners known

Silaynon Chad Dalpatan and Jun Fontanilla of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation took the title of the Classified Draw Doubles Darts Tournament at the New Tops Millennium Plaza in Bacolod City recently.

Silay City-based darters Eddie Baņaria and Janby Jimera placed first runners-up in the event that was sponsored by Panasonic and organized by the Association of Negros Darters and Darts Club.

The team of Manhole Darts Club-Bacolod's Alvie Briones and Biboy Dalpatan of Silay finished second runner-up, while MDC-Talisay bet Jing-jing Faisan and Silaynon Anjo Delara ended up as third runners-up. Sharing the fourth and fifth runner-up spots were Bacolod City Water District standouts Meloy Pechera and Roming Montemor, and the tandem of Silay players Jojack Bagotayao and Tarboy Absalon.

In joint sixth and seventh runners-up were Dennis Espino of Silay and Robert Vasquez of MDC-Bacolod together with the duo of Silaynon Pride Solano and MDC-Bacolod's Bernard Criador.

Gino Amantillo, ANDDC vice-president and tournament coordinator, said that the winners received cash prizes and trophies. The next edition of the monthly competitions is set on Aug. 26 at the same venue, Amantillo said. *CIT
