Of two arts and a visit
Hundreds of cooking enthusiasts flocked the cooking and baking
demo organized by the Bacolod-Negros Occidental Bakers Association
at the Garden Royale, Bacolod City recently featuring Dorothy Ferreria.
BACNOBA president Chole Cuenca-Chua said past demos and reviews
had been very encouraging so they are bringing more culinary arts
experts in Bacolod. Chef Dorothy is a veteran teacher of traveling
cooking schools. She also conducts cooking, baking and cake-decorating
classes and writes about them for a magazine.
BACNOBA officers Virgie Chua, Judy Dy, Henry Sanchez, Honey Grace
Catalan, and Jacqueline Chua facilitated the affair.
