The Bids and Awards Committee of Negros Occidental has announced that it will hold a pre-bid conference for the lease of the Capitol lot located along Gatuslao St. in Brgy. 9, Bacolod City on August 14, 2 p.m., at the Provincial Administration Center.

The area is about 7,000 square meters and the minimum bid price for lease shall be at P30/sq.m per month.

The opening of bids shall be on August 16, 10 a.m. at the General Services Office - Disposal Services Section at the Provincial Administration Center.

All interested investors may submit their Letter of Intent to lease. The offer should be accompanied by a bidder's bond in form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or manager's check that is equivalent to 10 percent of the total yearly rental in favor of the Provincial Treasurer's Office.
