Boracay escapades

Boracay Island, one of the best white sand beaches in the world, was filled with the country's who's who during the Holy Week.

Sitting down at an elevated poolside resto overlooking the island's pristine blue waters, one can see a number of prominent personalities and celebrities.

There were Gwen Garci, Boy Abunda, the cast of Nuts Entertainment led by Joey de Leon, Anjo Yllana, Janno Gibbs, Carmina Villaroel, Richard Gutierrez Ethel Booba and Alex Crisano, Melissa Mendez, Glenda Garcia, Pia Romero, Rey Pumaran's basketball team, and the list goes on!

Bora parties are endless. A floating bar, Aquatic, was located about 400 meters away from the beach. A free speedboat ride from Pier 1 took partygoers to this unique off-shore party experience.

Seen were executives Archie Monzon, Rina Tacardon, and Vincent Ong. Strolling around D'Mall, I met Nina Bustamante who runs Boracay's only chicken inasal restaurant.*
