Karapatan-Negros yesterday elected its new officers during its second regional assembly in Bacolod City.

Elected to the Regional Executive Committee were Fr. Romulo Biangco as chairperson, Bro. Mario Ricablanca - vice chairperson, Fred Caña - secretary-general and Jumar Ultram as deputy secretary-general.*
