Singapore official
satisfied with football venues

Team manager Eugene Loo of the Singapore Football Association has expressed satisfaction over the conditions of the official playing venues for men's football during the 23rd Southeast Asian Games, Eric Loretizo, secretary-general of the Bacolod SEAG Organizing Committee, said yesterday.

Men's football, the centerpiece event of the biennial meet, will be hosted at the Paglaum Sports Complex and the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City from Nov. 20 to Dec. 5.

Loo decided to inspect the sites because of the positive feedback that he got from the other Singaporeans who have visited Bacolod City, Loretizo said, adding that Loo also checked the hotel accommodations of the Singaporean contingent and the food supply in the malls.
