They love to dance

These MassKara Queen candidates both joined this year's beauty tilt to gain experience and develop their self-confidence and personalities.

Indira Rematico Gonzales of Brgy. Alangilan, and Sheryl Tolentino Panaguiton of No. 16, Lacson Street, all of Bacolod City, both love to dance. They also both like white and red.

Indira, 20, wants to be a teacher someday so she is now working on her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree at the Bacolod City College. Indira completed her elementary years at the A. Arceo Sr. Elementary School as class salutatorian and her secondary years at the Alangilan National High School.

She is the daughter of Ismael and Leticia Gonzales of Brgy. Alangilan, Bacolod City and Brgy. Alegria, Murcia town, respectively. She is the sixth among her siblings, Rex, 30, Sarah, 28, Alex, 26, Felix, 24, Lera, 22 and Emmanuel, 17.

Indira stands five feet and four inches tall and her vital statistics are 33-24-35.

Meanwhile, Sheryl, 21, loves reading books, singing and baton twirling. She hopes to be a successful career woman in the future. Sheryl is a computer science student of the University of San Agustin. She finished her elementary years at LCSES -1 and high school at the Antique National High School.

She is the daughter of Danilo and Emma Tolentino. Her siblings are Jerson and Shiela Mae. Sheryl stands five feet and five inches tall and her vital statistics are 35-25 ½ and 35.

Indira and Sheryl are among the 12 candidates vying for the MassKara Queen 2005 title at the Bacolod Public Plaza that will start 7 p.m. tomorrow.

Other candidates are Liezel Trumpeta, April Lyn Villamor, Charisse Gangoso, Mae Anne Torrefranca, Guada Mae Yee, Maria Victoria Libo-on, Richell Catalan, Yvonne Dornig, Jay Ann Empleo, Ma. Monica Cosculluela.*DMG
