Farmers
deplore Farmers in three remote barangays of Guihulngan town, Oriental Negros, deplored an alleged military list containing the names of about 23 members of Bayan Muna, Kaugmaon, and Karapatan supposed to be targets for liquidation. Representatives of the organizations disclosed the existence of the hit list at a press conference called by the Promotion of Church People's Rights in Barangay Piapi, Dumaguete City Thursday. The list allegedly included Fr. Wendy Sediego, district
chairman of Karapatan; Emilia Quirante, chairperson of Hugpong Kaugmaon
in Hilaitan, Guihulngan; Zacarias Tapales also of Kaugmaon and his wife,
