The Department of Public Services prohibits garbage personnel, street cleaners, and clean and green personnel of Bacolod City from soliciting money or gifts this Christmas season.

A press release from City Hall said that such act is prohibited under Section 46 (b) (9) of the Civil Service Law, therefore, the public, particularly business and commercial establishments, home owners associations, or individual residents of Bacolod City are requested to immediately report any violation to telephone no. 708-1755 so appropriate action could be instituted against violators.*
