Nat'l kegfest at Super Lanes

The 2nd Negros Professional Bowlers Club National Trio Invitational MassKara Bowling Championship dubbed as the Cong. Apolinario Lozada Jr. Cup fires off today at the SuperLanes of the Goldenfields Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

The week-long event sponsored by Philippine Duckpin Bowling Council headed by Inez Magbual.

Top-caliber pintoppling action will start at 4 p.m.

Expected to arrive today are teams from Manila, Iloilo city, Roxas City, Metro Davao, Quezon City, Cainta, Binangonan Rizal, Bago City, Cadiz City and Cebu, among others.

No less than 15 bowling squads from Bacolod City are also participating in the kegfest.

NPBC president Raul Corteza said trophies and gift certificates worth P150,000 await the top winners in the team and singles competitions.*HLG
